After work, the lot of the EBT crew headed over to the Wig & Pen for drinks. We had several pitchers of beer, most notably of Bass & Guinness for making our own Black & Tans. We then got insurance, rearranged our plans to see Gramps &, along with Rebecca, set off on our journey.
In Des Moines, we went to Matt‘s where we were joined by Pete (with his friend Justin) & Mike (with his friend Kim). We went out for drinks at a nearby bar, said our farewells afterward, & followed Pete to Ames which we arrived in early Saturday morning.
