Deepavali by any other name

So, it seems by most accounts that it is Diwali tomorrow… or already in Malaysia, Singapore… and most of the Hindu world. Of course, I have a lot of issues with Hinduism but it’s a good holiday and, more important as a social phenomenon than a religious observance, many would say. And as far as holiday’s go, it’s a lot better than most. So I think some Indian food and hopefully hijinks will have to happen tomorrow. Who’s with me?

Current mood: witless
