I’m always disheartened by people using racist terms unironically, especially if they don’t realize it. When might someone use a racist term without even realizing it? Try “white trash” or “poor, white trash“. Have whites that haven’t made lots of money somehow failed their race? Are all poor people trash? Are poor people of other races not trash because they’re expected to be poor, since they’re not white. No one says Rich White Trash or Poor Black Trash… Pishes me off a bit, it does.
